Mobile app

As well as showing MFP data in the web-platform, consider adding MFP data in the client mobile app for consistency.

A quick time saver for clients using the mobile app. Automatically populate a day with meal blocks, rather than manually adding meal blocks each time (e.g breakfast at 8am). This functionality already exists on the web-platform.
