Introduce the Learning Zone to the client mobile app so clients no longer need to flick between the web-platform and the client mobile app. This will help keep all resources in one tidy place (the mobile app).

The clients Learning Zone is now available in the mobile app. We've renamed this as the 'Library' across both the web-platform and mobile app.
